Squabblin’ Spooks

Squabblin’ Spooks by Emily Whittingham, University for the Creative Arts Farnham.
What?
Posing as everyday trick-or-treaters, a childish witch tries to prepare her two incompetent ghost sidekicks for pulling off the perfect Halloween spectacle.
How?
The character animation is animated in stop motion. I shot it on a green screen in order to digitally place in background and extra effects, which were drawn in Photoshop and laid out/animated in After Effects. The final sequence was edited in Premiere.
Next Project?
I’m currently working on a stop motion/After Effects film called “The Boy and the Scarecrow.” It’s a very creepy story.
Which film would you like to have made?
I would love to have Tony DiTerlizzi’s illustrations of “The Spider and The Fly” made into a film (ideally 2D or stop motion).
