Student Showcase: Felix by Ash Collier
Felix by Ash Collier, University of Central Lancashire
Who?
The music was created by Ross Bugden, everything else was created by myself.
What?
The story is about an old man who is tormented by a group of local teens, after the death of his cat he decides enough is enough and is determined to put a stop to it.
How?
It was all drawn and animated in Toon Boom Harmony, This was my first film using this software and I wanted to avoid ‘tweening’ techniques that I had become accustomed to from my Flash days and tried to stick to FBF.
Next Project?
Improving my showreel over the summer before I start my final year at Uni.
Which Film?
I’ve always been a fan of the short films and parodies on Newgrounds. I wish when I started watching these films 10-15 years ago that I gave it a go myself back then, rather than now.
