Stanton to direct Finding Nemo Sequel

Andrew Stanton is to return to more favorable animation pastures to direct a sequel to Finding Nemo. Stanton earlier this year the live-action flop “John Carter” which caused Disney to write off $200million.

The original Finding Nemo which Stanton also directed is Pixar’s second-highest grossing release and Disney’s third highest animated release, so a return to animation will land Stanton in more comfortable ground where he has also picked up two Oscars for his work on WALL.E.

If you can’t wait for the finding Nemo sequel then Disney has lined up a 3D version of the original will hit UK shores in March next year.
