Unorganised Crime

Who?
Constantinos Mavromichalis, Daisy Hynes, Dane Winn, Sophie Grimwood & Charlie Miller.

What?
A classic 1940’s heist in which the audience follows a gangster’s comedic escape from a bank robbery. It sees a ridiculous chase through an American city while the gangster tries to deal with his severe sleeping disorder which threatens to thwart his escape.

Why?
The film was our graduation film from Bristol School of Animation. We were inspired by film noir, the films coming out from Gobelins and The Vanity Fair ‘Film Noir’ photo shoot.

How?
The film was made in Maya, with a little bit of Flash and compositing in After Effects.

Next Project?
We have a few things in the pipeline. Hopefully when we all have some free time from work we can get together to make another film!

This is a tough question! As there is five of us….we have got quite a selection!
