What?
Every big story has a beginning. This one is about how the things we thought to be indisputable might have a different reason to be. It all begins with a spoken sentence. Set in stone and ripped out of its context, it starts to a journey through time and places.

Spread in the world, it becomes a powerful force, which leaves a footprint in our civilization.

Why?
We always wanted to make a film together, and when we got the chance, we didnt hesitate. We got inspired by some of the artwork from cartoon saloon’s Secret of Kells.

How?
The film was made mixing analog techniques with a digital animation programs. Watercolors and inks were used for the background, then photoshop, and after effects for the montage and compositing. The entire animation was done with Tvpaint.

Next Project?
We are currently working on some new cartoons. storyboarding and character designing has already begun, and we hope to be able to finish 2 shortfilms within a year

Which animated film would you like to have made?
Laputa: Castle in the sky by studio ghibli, or Fantasia 1940 from Disney.
