Animated Exeter 2014 – Call for Entries

Animated Exeter 2014 – Call for Entries is now open and the closing date is 1st November. This fast-growing public festival runs from 10 – 22nd February and is welcoming entries from the UK and worldwide. Animated Exeter is pleased to be working with FESThome for it’s online entries.

The categories are:

WIDE WORLD – films made for children – open to international animators, English subtitles please.

THE INDIES – open to non-professional international animators, English subtitles please.

THE GRADUATE – open to 2013 Graduates from animation courses in the UK

BEST OF THE WEST – open to non-professional animators from the South West of England, categories are 16 – 18s, 18 – 25s and 25+. The South West region is listed on the Arts Council website. This category is not open to graduates or professional animators.

THE YOUNG ONES – open to children and young people’s animation workshops, school groups or individuals i) 7 – 12s, ii) 12 -18s. Based or resident in the UK. Deadline 7 December 2013.

All films must be 8 minutes or less. Deadline (except for The Young Ones) is 1st November 2013
