BAA Finalists Announced

With just under a month to go until the winners are announced the list of the British Animation Awards Finalists have been announced. Alongside this years awards is the public choice vote for the Favourite Ever British Animated Character. The vote has been introduced in order to celebrate the UK’s contribution to animation culture. Votes can be cast on the BAA Facebook Page.

Amongst the finalists are Studio AKA up for four awards in total, with A Morning Stroll deservedly up for Best Short Film to add to the growing collection. The Royal College of Arts has also faired well, with their student sweeping the board for Best Student Film award.

The awards are to be held at the BFI, Southbank on the 15th of March. If you would like to book tickets for the awards ceremony head on over to the BAA Website.
