What?

A scenario of what is happening in the Naked Club on a typical Friday night. Unlike many club, the Naked Club features not only socialization, but also rehabilitation… for smartphone addicts.

How?

The background is stop motion sets, all hand made with watercolor paper cutouts. The characters are animated in flash and photoshop, then composite both mediums together in After Effects, and edit in Premiere.

Next Project?

Right now I’m working with a composer on a 4-5 minute long music video. This is my first time making music video, but I am very excited about it. I am very open to all types of projects, I would love to try doing some commercials or stop motion films.

Which Film do you wish you could have made?

I tend to focus more on the character designs when I watch a animated film, therefore The Triplets of Belleville and The Illusionist made by Sylvain Chomet are my favorite. It has a very unique look and also has a what i called “beautifully-ugly” look.
