Who?

Sven Stroomberg – director, 3d generalist

What?

Life of Lights is the story of a little creature called Gummy. Arising as a result of chemical residue between garbage gives him a heart beating for light. But in order to keep his heart shining it needs to be fed with other lights and the affection of a friend. Gummy goes on a quest to fulfill his purpose in life.

How?

All backgrounds are shot in Amsterdam. The characters are all CG and where created using a combination of software including ZBrush, Maya and Nuke.

Next Project?

Currently trying to land a job as a creative producer.

Which Film do you wish you could have made?

I would go for The Lion King. It was the first movie I ever saw in the cinema and is still one of my all time favorites.
