Eyes Fixed by Gavin C Robinson

Eyes Fixed is a digital 2D animated music video that draws inspiration from the themes of Mike Vass’s song, namely the struggle with mental and physical well being. The harsh and bleak coastal landscape of the film reflects the character’s difficulties while lanterns are used as a metaphor for the memories that help him fight his way out of the darkness.

The film was made using assets hand drawn in Photoshop, frame by frame and digital puppet animation in Anime Studio Pro, with composting and effects achieved using After Effects.
