Daddy Christmas
Dec 19th, 20143d Horror Our Picks Short Film
Daddy Christmas is the latest short from animation studio Blue Zoo. The festive mixed-media animation is made using CG characters combined live-action environments and liquid fx. The short was made as part of the Blue-Zoo Shorts program where everyone in the studio can pitch in creative ideas, and back in September they set the Christmas brief of “A Christmas Surprise” in a mixed-media style. Rory Cooke & Daniel Cripps pitched the idea “Daddy Christmas” and won the company wide staff vote and here is the festive treat in all its glory, or should that be gory!
