Last week the directors of OBEN in their student showcase cited this short by Céline Desrumaux as one of the short films they wished they had made and you can see some influences they have taken from this short into their own. Citing Chris Ware, Hans Richter, Len Lye, Stanley Kubrick & Godfrey Reggio as her own influences with Coutdown Celine has created a stunning animated ode to space travel.
