Incredible Music Video created on £3 ipad App
The band Art Decade recently released the music video for its song Western Sunrise and the results are stunning. The video itself was create entirely using Procreate and iPad app available for £3.
Of the Procreate app Whitney Alexander who Directed the music video said…
“I really recommend it to anyone who does storyboards, concept art and animators, filmmakers, producers, whatever — this is the future,”
Alexander spent four months using the iPad2 to create the video, which once all the work was done on the iPad was combined with After Effects and Mocha to add the final effects and complete the videos look and feel. The decision to use the Procreate app and the iPad came from a desire from Alexander and Art Decades lead singer Ben Talmi to get a look that was “very impressionistic and very painterly” according to animator Kipp Jarden.
