Frozen 2 Announced

Can’t get enough of Frozen? Well your in luck as Disney have announced that Frozen 2 is in the works. The announcement comes at no surprise as the original feature became the highest grossing animation of all time and fifth highest grossing movie overall, thus Disney will be keen to cash in on a sequel.

Frozen directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck will be developing the project, but have not been confirmed to be directing, nor has a release date been confirmed.

Speaking at a shareholders meeting John Lasseter said: “We enjoyed making ‘Frozen Fever’ so much and being back in that world with those characters,” Lasseter said. “Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck have come up with a great idea for a sequel and you will be hearing a lot more about it and we’re taking you back to Arendelle. We are so excited about that.”
