Cars 3, Incredibles 2 and Bananaman
Yesterday saw a busy day for animation movie news, first we had the first look at Snoopy and Charlie Brown’s CG make over in the Peanuts teaser, this was followed by Laika releasing a full trailer for their upcoming stop motion movie The Box Trolls, and now we have news of a further 3 films in the pipeline.
10 years on from the original, Disney has now confirmed The Incredibles 2 is in the works, whilst also announcing Cars 3 is also in development. Their is no timescale announced for the movies, but they join a list of upcoming Disney Pixar films that include Finding Dory, Inside Out and The Good Dinosaur.
The last bit of movie news is it appears we may be taking a trip to 29 Acacia Avenue in 2015, the home of Eric Twinge a wimpy kid, who upon eating a Banana turns into Bananaman! We know very little about Banana man’s move onto the big screen with the website BananamanMovie.com offering few details aside from the hastag #PeelThePower and the year 2015 (presumably the year of it release). It even remains to be seen whether the film will be animation or live action.
