Author Jeff Lenburg’s Walt Disney Biography Now Released as an Audiobook
Bestselling author and animation historian Jeff Lenburg’s acclaimed biography, “Walt Disney: The Mouse That Roared” ($34.95), is now available as an audiobook. Based on the illustrated hardcover edition, part of Lenburg’s eight-book “Legends of Animation” series published by Chelsea House, the downloadable digital audiobook ($14.95), read by Al Kessel, is being offered online at Audible.com, an Amazon platform company, Amazon.com, and iTunes.
Lenburg’s biography delves into the famous mustached animator’s colorful life and storied past, trials and tribulations, and inspirations for his classic cartoons, revolutionary animation techniques, and world-famous characters, including his best known creation, Mickey Mouse, to becoming one of the 20th century’s most honored and important icons of animation.
