AniJam Vote 2013
4 Teams signed up, 3 Teams started the Challenge, 2 Teams Finished the Challenge, Animation doesn’t get tougher than this!
During Encounters Short Film and Animation Festival groups of animators participated in the 48 hr AniJam challenge held at the M Shed. Beginning at 10am on Thursday 19th September our teams had just 48 hours to create a short film from scratch based around this years theme, “The Journey”, with the films due in at 10am on Saturday 21st September. Once again we have been truly impressed with the talent and creativity displayed by the participating teams.
The successfully completed films from the AniJam were screened on both Saturday and Sunday afternoon during the Encounters festival programme, and will be screened once again at an upcoming Show Me The Animation night where a winning film will be announced (date TBC). The winning film will be decided based on a combination of an audience vote and our judges (TBA) votes. The audience vote will count as one vote and each judge will have one vote to decide a winner.
