Do It In Ten 2016 – Winner

After a month of frantic online voting and judges deliberation we now know our Do It In Ten – Best of 2016 winner and are delighted to announce Andrew Grindle’s Empty entry has taken this years crown.

As seems to be the case each year we had a split decision amongst the judges with so many great entries, meaning we went back to the audience for the final vote with Andrew Grindle taking the final deciding vote. A breakdown of how the judges voted is below.

Andrew will now receive an animation goodie pack of fantastic prizes including a 1 year license to Toon Boom Harmony Advanced courtesy of Toon Boom. Harmony is the most creative and yet, efficient, software ever created for animation – that’s why it’s the industry standard, having been used on award winning shows such as Adventure Time & Bobs Burgers. Andrew will also receive a goodie bag of animation DVD’s and Books

For this year we have revamped the Do It In Ten contest, which is now called Do It In Twenty. As the name suggests you’ve now got twenty seconds to play with and as we’re nice each theme will run for two months, giving you so extra time to create your entries. We will once again have a 1 year licence to Toon Boom Harmony Advanced to give away to the overall winner and the first chance to become a monthly winner and claim a place in the “Best of 2017” contest starts with this months theme UTOPIA.
